Jeff, Yes you are right, I guess I assumed that 2.5 was available since the statcvs website had the installation example as "maven plugin:download -DartifactId=maven-statcvs-plugin -DgroupId=statcvs -Dversion=2.5" on http://statcvs-xml.berlios.de/maven-plugin/. I changed -Dversion to 2.4 and now I am back in business and running Maven 1.0.
