Hmmm they might be if you run them in the right order. Run Clover first on sources and then AspectJ on either generated sources or on the JAR. This should work I think, although I don't recall having tried this.

We use Cobertura instead. The coverage report isn't as nice, but it is functional. For maven1, there's also an emma plugin.
