Hi! We would like to have the settings.xml file in a custom location to easily being able to have it under source control. We can control the placement of the settings.xml file by the -Dorg.apache.maven.user-settings but it is cumersome for developers to add this param for every mvn command they are going to run. - Can this parameter be applied globally somehow, so that the developers do not have to add it everytime?
