Hi The WAS 5 plugin for Maven2 is not meant for WAS6. The WAS directory structure has changed between the two versions. When I wrote that plugin, I specifically stated that. For WAS6 take a look at the Cargo plugin. Cargo should work for WAS6 because WAS6 is based on JDK 1.4, whereas WAS5 is based on JDK 1.3
