IoService about mina

When I learn mina in Chapter2, I ran the sample about TCP Sample with
maven.I ran about this question:
Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try
again
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/mina/core/service/IoService
I searched for a long time,but stil have no idea.I will be appreciated if I
can get help.
