This was done several weeks ago, but there is no need for subscribers to take any actions: messages sent to the old address are redirected to the new one, subscriptions are kept and discussions have been archived at http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/openoffice-users/ since November, while the old messages (until October 2012) are still archived at http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-ooo-users/
If anyone wants to unsubscribe the list, the usual instructions apply: the unsubscription address is at the bottom of each message.
