There is no registration function in Apache OpenOffice.
Possible solution
a) (recommended) install the free community Version of OpenOffice
-> download Apache OpenOffice from: https://www.openoffice.org/de/download/
-> deinstall installed version
-> ŕeset profile (just to be sure)
