I have used your product for the last two years. Today, for the first time, I was unable to open my folders. I keep getting "Fatal Error" message that states that the application cannot be started due to my access rights missing. I have to uninstall Open Office , then reinstall, but the problem still exists. I have folders that have very important information and it's very frustrating not to be able to access them. What can be done?
