Camel has an AMQP component that can be used to connect to an AMQP broker. However, I've no idea if it has been tested with RabbitMQ. It seems RabbitMQ has its own java client library, so it may be possible to switch or create a new camel component. You could also create your own JBI Binding Component for AMQP.
