It really looks like a bug with Firefox on Windows.
I commit a fix that seems to do the job. Here's the patch which only affects
the JavaScript files:

If you can test it, I would appreciate your feedback.
I'll see if I can find the time to setup a test server with sogo
nightlies tomorrow of the day after... not sure... busy times here...
