I believe this unfortunately means your repository is corrupt. If you have a backup of the repository, the easiest way is probably to restore the backup. If you don't have a backup and have to try to manually restore the repository, Daniel Shahaf goes into quite a bit of detail in these previous threads on the mailing list: https://lists.apache.org/thread/8sokdqly67db11g6vs5v547xwz1hrp74 https://lists.apache.org/thread/0y7kpppv3f0ms301m13pw0qybr47wjb4 Maybe these can help you to figure out the correct value of the L2P offset?
