Hi, Check in server.xml if you have configured a RemoteAddrValve. This is this valve which could refuse remote connection based on ip. If there is no such valve configured, then tomcat should respond to your request, i suggest check firewalling configuration on server os. If there is such a valve then either remove it either configure it appropriately.
