If you are using HTTPD binaries from ASF use the Visual Studio 6
and Platform SDK (Windows 2003 R2 inclusive)
VS 2005 will force usage of MSVCRT71 while, so you'll have
multiple MSVCRT versions compiled in, which might cause
some nasty logging issues.
BTW, what's wrong with official mod_jk binaries?
