[users] TXT Message Question

In the SQL data base, the record reads: v=spf1 ip:209.196.42.144/28 
a:udsmail.com mx -all
After running "update-data.sh" the record reads:
'udsmail.com:v=spf1 ip4\072209.194.42.144/28 a\072udsmail.com mx -all:3600
Is this correct for a SPF record?

By the way, the import Domains via AXFR works great except for the 'TXT' 
record. Thaey all had to be modified by hand.
