After turning off the panel for one page, there appears a blank column in the
panel's place. It wouldn't have appeared if the panel was turned off for the
entire wiki. I tried changing the css file but it wouldn't even budge. Will
it be a good idea to create a css file exclusively for a page or is there an
easier way out ?
