The involuntary furlough of NIST personnel is now over, so I hope someone in the NIST Metric Group can soon find the time to answer my two questions; 1. on North Dakota's. status and 2. on the overall status of the states and territories with respect to Packaging and Labeling. Is approval now unanimous or not for metric-only labeling? Gene Mechtly
