UWIN has gcc as a separate package. The cc command used to work with the MingW compiler, but the current version doesn't We intend to get MingW working with UWIN in an upcoming release. Currently, you need any of the MSVC compilers from 6.x to 10.x. These can be downloaded freedly from Microsoft.
