You could write a little script that accesses https://ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/ipv4_end.php
- the HE update script.
Some guys in the HE forums have done this already:

Hey guys, since we are all in this to learn about IPv6, I was
wondering if anybody knows of any way to have a dynamic external IP
address updated automatically with a tunnel broker like Hurricane
Electric. I had made an account with them a year ago just to get the
magic kame to dance for me and it turns out that its surprisingly
easy to get IPv6 enabled. I never found a good way of updating a
dynamic IP with them though. If anybody knows of a good way of
automatically updating an external IP with them that would be great.
I was thinking of maybe working with OpenDNS' DNS-O-Matic or
something like that. It would be even better if it was possible to
do in something like DD-WRT on the router.
Anyways, if anyone knows of any good ways of doing something like
this that would be great. Even if you just have a couple of thoughts
I'd like to hear them too. Thanks for reading!
