vpopmail mirror?

  I can't download vpopmail no matter what it seems.
The connection to www.vpopmail.cx dies a terrible slow 
death whenever I try to access it. Is there a mirror,
or could someone send me a link or an email attachment
of it? I would appreciate it much. Thanks.
