i don't know either. i brought this problem to
sqwebmail list first and got answer from Sam V.
himself telling me that this could be a bug in
vpopmail. 
may be you guys in this list who is also using
vpopmail+sqwebmail ever been experiencing the same
problem could help me.
"sqwebmail-ip" file should appear under user's Maildir
directory.
