Indeed there is NO vpopmail.users table, since I've set '--disable-many-domains' in vpopmail. So it should be looking in the vpopmail MySql database, which looks like this:
Is that a recent change? Did you recompile/install courier-imap after compiling vpopmail with that option? If not, then you should.
