[vchkpw] how to deny smtp request from an IP

I am using qmail+vpopmail.
In my LAN some machines are affected with some virus which is generating
SPAM.
I got the IPs of those machines from /var/log/qmail/smtp/current
How can I deny smtp requests from those IPs.
