You forgot /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains.

In fact if you make the new domains with vqadmin.cgi (first step) it
take cares of rcpthosts and virtualdomains files, but i have to make
something clear... this works just fine cause i use exactly the SAME
CONFIG on both servers.
