The Debian instructions include pyOpenSSL too, should the Gentoo
instructions not have that as well?
If the crypt use flag is enabled, pyOpenSSL is a dependency of twisted.
One could also install pyOpenSSL directly (emerge pyopenssl), but that
will be broken if twisted changes its SSL library. On the other hand,
the use flag could also change.
