I noted two minor problems in the tutor:
Line 199: The information below will only be valid in Unix if the user
has already :set showcmd because the default on Unix is noshowcmd:
NOTE: The letter d will appear on the last line of the screen as you type
it. Vim is waiting for you to type w . If you see another
character
than d you typed something wrong; press <ESC> and start over.
Line 659: There is an 'Enter' instead of '<ENTER>' as in the remaining
of the text.
