You're certain of that? :) The current Drag Manager
package's docs say it doesn't come with Finder 7.1.3,
but then there is a folder with (surprise surprise)
Finder 7.1.3 and a doc file saying that it is only
for use with the ordinary 7.1 because all other
versions
of 7.1 and 7.1.1 have it already.
Check your Finder version. :)
