I recommend it highly. It is the only Database application I ever used 
that was totally accessible to beginners and experts alike. By todays 
standards it lacks some of the scalability and cross-platform ability of 
the likes of SQL but hey - if you just want to keep customer records on 
a file in your Mac who cares!

It's a synch - real easy to use. I used to do Inventory work with one of 
my Dad's colleagues using his PowerBook 100 (which he rightly loved to 
death) way back in about 1993. I picked up pretty much all the basics 
from him and was able to use it myself, and I was only 12, I had my dad 
get the PC version of FMPro 2.1 for me. I have it installed on my iBook 
and have a view to listing all my Macs by serial number, spec etc. as 
well as logging all my various geological specimens I have logged over 
the last few years. You will pick it up really quick, trust me :).
