It has come to my attention, via another person, that you appear to be
distributing an out-dated an potentially damaging version of the
'Mode32' extension for the Macintosh. The version, I believe to be 1.2,
of this extension is situated at the following address:

http://www.umich.edu/~archive/mac/system.extensions/cdev/mode32.sit.hqx

We, as a community (the LowEndMac Compact Mac List community) would
prefer you to either obtain the latest version of this extension,
available from Apple Computer, or at least remove this version which is
known to have serious issues under later versions of the System 7
operating system for the Macintosh. I believe your 'Files That Crash'
section in your policy specifies you will take care to not distribute
items that cause crashes, well in this case the crashes are restricted
to System 7.5 or later (Mac OS 7.5 onwards) and defintately do cause
crashes and loss of data.

Thank You for your help.
