Go into Settings > General > Reset and do a reset network settings and see if that fixes it. Keep in mind that you will have to reconnect to WiFi after doing this. I think Anna posted that if you turn off iCloud keychain before you do the reset network settings and turn it on again afterwards your WiFi password will be restored so you could try this.
