I use a simple app called Groupy, and the developer is Gerry Beggs.
The app is very voice over friendly.
It allows you to organize your contacts into groups. It integrates directly
into the contacts app,so you can choose which groups are displayed within
your contacts.
You are not limited on the number of groups you can create, or the number of
contacts you put into a group.
I love it because it is simple and easy to use.
