Hi Alan,

There is no such gesture as far as I know. If you have a Bluetooth keyboard
it should have a Show/Hide keyboard button, on an Apple Wireless keyboard
it's at the very top right.

I often wish there was a gesture to show the keyboard because I often don't
power off my Bluetooth keyboard and if I have Bluetooth on and I'm in the
living room and my keyboard is elsewhere, I often have to walk into a
different room because if I want to start typing a text message the keyboard
is hidden. It would be nice if you could show the keyboard from your phone.
Of course you can just bring up the control center and turn off Bluetooth,
but that's not always a good solution if, for example, I am using a
Bluetooth headset or speaker.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: Gesture to Remove the On-Screen Keyboard?

Many times when I'm done entering text such as in an email message, I want
to get the on-screen keyboard turned off to ease my proofreading of my
message. I thought there was a gesture to do this but I can't recall what it
is. Can someone please refresh my memory?

Thanks in advance for any help.
