iOS 7 it is. I'm sure you're right about that. It is handy to have displayed. I especially like using the Emogy keyboard when I'm sending texts. My only complaint is that the emoticons are read correctly after you've inserted them into your text, but their labels don't show up in Braille, so you must use speech to double check that you've got the emoticons you want in your text.
