Hi Benjamin By "web interface" I presume you mean the SPARQL endpoint (ie http://<your-hostname>/sparql), as I would expect this to work pretty much the same as with isql, with the exception that the query is not prepended with the "sparql" keyword ?
Please provide more details on what exactly is failing for you ...
