You can do this with the backup_online command using the isql tool:
backup_online ('mybackup-#', 1000000, 0, vector('backupdir1',
'backupdir2'));
The conductor allows you to do the same and can add this to the scheduler so
an incremental backup can be written at regular intervals.

adds S3 to mix re. backup set locations.
