Hi What index.html do you want to redirect the /sparql and why given this is the virtual directory for the Virtuoso SPARQL endpoint by default ?
Ultimately you can redirect /sparql to an local or remote URL via the Conductor
using the Virtual Directory tab as detailed at:
http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/virtdir/
<http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/virtdir/>
http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/admui.internetdomains/
<http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/admui.internetdomains/>
Although as said I am confused as to why you would want to do this ?
