Hi Henrik,

The query cost & execution time params are only applicable to the Virtuoso 
SPARQL endpoint.

The Anytime query option can be set for a connection with the statement:

        set result_timeout == <expression>;

as detailed in the docs at:

        http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/anytimequeries/
