Mod_perl for 5.10.0 and CSWS 2.1-1?

Mod_perl for CSWS is stuck at 5.8.6.
Has anyone created a mod_perl for CSWS V2.1-1 and Perl 5.10.0?

I looked at mod_perl 2.0.3 and the first thing Makefile.PL asks
is for the Apache apxs location, which CSWS doesn't appear to have.
