You're close, but you don't get a cigar. :-)

The password should go into the "local machine" part of the registry:

    hklm\software\orl\winvnc3\default.

You could use either reg.exe or regini.exe to do that for you.

run a custom setup.exe with the silent install switch (tricky)

Or.... use FastPush.
