        I don't know if it's the same problem as I have when I use Terminal
Service client inside a VNC server.  I get a (big) black box as TS client
which is supposed to show a remote session.  To get around this, I had to
enable "Poll Full Screen" of the "Update Handling" section.

        But, IMO, even if this is the cause, I don't think VNC is fast
enough to refresh 25 images per second for your live video.  I mean, maybe
you could at best get jerky images.
