Hello, everybody!

My name is John Cunniff, Using RealVNC 3.3.7 on a friend's computer with Windows XP Service Pack 2. I have a problem connecting to her computer. When I typed http://ip_address/5800 and it said "Page cannot be found" on my IE. I believe that there is a problem with my friend's Windows. Maybefirewall? When she entered VNC Server and loaded into the system task. She did not get a warning or anything. But older Windows XP (without a firewall) worked great but not with a new Windows XP SP2 (Service Pack 2). Does anyone experience getting stuck unable toenter into port 5800 (default)?? Please advice.

Thank you very much.

John
