You would then operate 75 steam presses from it, which is not possible: http://www.reimersinc.com/_assets/pdf/RHP600-750_Brochure_Rev2.pdf There are mills and factories with 75 steam presses. They are big buildings, well ventilated, with chimneys and blowers and large plumes of steam. You can see this building is not one of them. Also, what is a chemical distribution warehouse doing with enough steam to operate 80 to 100 dry cleaning stores? - Jed
