A good review of cold fusion theories was presented in IE 132. Several
presenters mentioned vibration but none mentioned vibration at a dimensional
frequency of 1,094,000 meters per second.

Several presenters mentioned a Bose condensate but non mentioned a
vibrationally reinforced high temperature condensate.

Several mentioned ways to overcoming the electrostatic potential barrier. None
mentioned that the nuclear magnetic spin orbit force is not conserved and
through engineering its range can be extended beyond the Coulombic.

They are getting closer but are not there yet. I am still years ahead on this.
