I have long believed that Randall Mills has something. Thermacore demonstrated that back in 1994-1996.
Since that time Randy has not advanced the technology. He has never demonstrated the sun cell. In fact, it has never even been constructed. He refuses to do simple calorimetry to show real and useful heat output. Like Rossi and Godes he resists the obvious demonstrations to establish the true operation.
