Questions that come to mind:


  *   Will wholesale extraction of nuclear spin angular momentum from 
non-isotropic nuclear spin sources—i.e., spin in a favored direction---lead to 
decreased (or increased) axis drift of the earth?
  *   What about Antarctica’s rebound and ice cap melting?
  *   What about the additional Earth bulge caused by more water from melting 
ice or shifts of material masses via north south ocean currents causing 
permanent  increased angular momenta?
  *   What about comet impacts like the one that caused the Hiawatha Crater in 
Greenland about 13,000 years ago?
  *   Was the Hiawatha event responsible for the Younger Dryas cooling and 
subsequent climate warming?

Finally, has the change in the Earth’s angular momenta decreased the length of 
an earth day more than a second from its beginning 4.5 billion orbital cycles 
ago?  If so how many seconds and at what times since then did step changes 
occur?
