Nick - This idea does not "come from" Strieber, it's just him echoing it. It's been all over for some time now from numerous articles and references from individual researchers to National Geographic, etc. Of course the solar system is heating up. Maybe it's friction from torsion domain axes beginning to wander a little bit inside all matter as we get closer to 2012 (he says, half-seriously). Now where did I leave that danged crystal skull?
