Dunno. I guess maybe in the portion surrounding the cell. Anyway, I
have heard it gets plugged up.
It is easy to see why it often leaks. Look at the photos of the rough
& ready construction of the prototype cells.
He should get a better plumber.
My heating where I live does not leak ;-)
