I think he now knows more about why "better" material produces less-good
results.

Some newer results in these sections:

* More recent experiments using thin-film plate type electrodes conditioned
for cluster formation.

* Evidence for D-clusters and comments about theory

. . .

* Preliminary gas loading nanoparticle experiment

The latter is an Arata replication. It says: "exothermic energy from
chemical reaction: 690 J.  . . .  Actual measured energy 1479 J."
