Another mystery explosion to add to the list - is the AZF fertilizer plant
in France, which conspiracy theorist usually to attribute to terrorism ...

There are a number of other fertilizer or ammonium explosions with high body
count, which could be causally LENR related - at least in the sense of a
Mills' type reaction, where too much catalyst was retained in storage.

Here is a list of the 25 worst of this type of explosion, but there are
hundreds of lesser ones.

Not surprising in a way, since the stuff is unstable anyway.

The key point for finding other causes than the ones often mentioned is that
the Haber-Bosch process uses ruthenium or iron as catalyst.

Both are on Mills' list of catalysts... even tiny amounts of catalyst
retained in bulk storage could be a trigger for a large explosion, since the
Mills reaction gain comes in the form of EUV radiation, which immediately
decomposes ammonia.
