The work of Ken Shoulders (EV's or charge clusters) appears to me to be the most ignored critical discovery of the age. It promises free energy and outright transmutation - and if you read his background and lengthy patent, it appears credible. Also, a Russian scientist may have independently discovered the same phenomena - called 'ectons'.
There is also the work of Lawrence Nelson with screened electrons and a patented free energy device that generates 5X the input.
