Well, you do not have to be John Grisham to realize the whole "brownfield" thing is chock-full of hidden value ... and to piggyback the kind of R&D that would otherwise raise a political stink with big oil and big science - onto a brownfield deal - that could be the only way to get tax dollars into play. Rather brilliant, I'd say.
